“The Jefferson was ALWAYS my dream venue. I went to college at Ole Miss, and the first time I saw The Jefferson I just knew I had to get married there! Our wedding was May 16, 2020, which was fairly early into the pandemic, so there were so many uncertainties, but the staff was so helpful during the whole process. We were able to have a small intimate ceremony there on May 16th and then have our larger celebration on September 19th! We couldn’t have endured the wedding planning in a pandemic without them! Couldn’t recommend The Jefferson enough!!”

“I wanted to give a shout out to the Jefferson Oxford. We had my daughters wedding their last weekend and it was spectacular. Due to Covid, we had to move it there about a month before the date and the team at the Jefferson was nothing outstanding to work with. Everything came off without a hitch. The venue was absolutely fabulous. It was spacious and we never felt too crowed. Our pictures will be incredible due to the rustic feel for the facility and the lake out back. We wouldn’t have pulled it off without the help of Margie and the entire staff. They were outstanding!!!”

“After planning the “dream wedding” (so we thought), we later realize that COVID-19 would change everything. We decided to go from a 400 guest celebration to an intimate wedding party and family only wedding. We had one week to go from a large, nighttime, big band wedding to a small daytime wedding . “I chose this venue for my wedding bc I fell in love with the look !!! It looked absolutely amazing and wowed all my guest ! We did a waterfront ceremony and indoor reception which made it easy for guest to be all In one place . So happy they had a place to get ready for the bride and groom which made it much better than getting ready in a hotel . We got married during covid and they were absolutely amazing by working with us to move our date and accommodations. So happy we chose this venue !! They are really so sweet !! Overall my experience was a 5/5. I would have loved however if they had sleeping cabins on site for the wedding party ! Maybe they will add it on soon . :)”

All of the reclaimed materials and details of the building are charming and rustic, without sacrificing any elegance. One particular feature that made the Jefferson an easy choice for me is that I was able to bring in an out-of-town catering vendor who I love. So many of the venues I considered in Oxford require you to use a caterer on their list or go through a complicated approval process, but the Jefferson’s policy for vendors is reasonable and accommodating. I am so glad I trusted the Jefferson with my wedding reception, and I would do so all over again.”
